Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Maintenance team. Your primary focus will be on repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
Responsibilities
Conduct quality predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
Repair material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyor systems and controls.
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
Apply knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
Follow and demonstrate safety standards.
Troubleshoot and diagnose MHE systems.
Essential Skills
2+ years of experience in maintenance, mechanic maintenance, and PLC maintenance.
2+ years of experience in the repair of MHE or automated conveyor systems and controls.
2+ years of blueprint and electrical schematic reading.
2+ years of knowledge with electrical and electronic principles.
2+ years of experience in following and demonstrating safety standards.
1+ year of experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with robotic operation and maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot basic input and output functions of building operations.
Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Work Environment
Candidates must be available to work all shifts, including day and night shifts from 4:30 AM to 4:30 PM and 4:30 PM to 4:30 AM. Workweeks may span Sunday-Thursday or Thursday-Saturday, with a required 6-hour shift each Wednesday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.50 - $32.50/hr.
