Mechanical Installer II - Automation Project (Augusta, GA)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30min lunch)
Pay: $20 - 24/hr

Duration : 6 - 8 week contract
Overview
Join a high-impact automation installation project working hands-on with robotic systems inside a large distribution center. This role is ideal for skilled mechanical installers who enjoy building, installing, and bringing equipment to life.
What You'll Do (Installation Focus)
Install and assemble robotic arms, substations, and fencing systems
Use hand and power tools to build and mount equipment
Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and diagrams
Assist with wiring, setup, and equipment commissioning
Deliver precise, high-quality installations
Additional Support
Move and stage materials using pallet jacks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Support team efficiency and workflow
What We're Looking For
Mechanical installation or similar hands-on experience
Strong tool usage and mechanical aptitude
Ability to read diagrams and follow instructions
Able to lift 40-50 lbs and work on feet all shift
Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
Work Environment
Active warehouse under construction (physical, noisy, fast-paced)
8-hour shifts on concrete floors
PPE required (safety-toe boots + provided gear)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
