Customer Support Specialist

Position Overview
This fully in‑office Customer Support Specialist role offers the opportunity to join a stable, well‑established organization known for its strong culture and collaborative work environment. In this position, you will support both residential and commercial customers by accurately processing service and installation requests, resolving inquiries, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Service Ticket Creation - Create accurate service and installation tickets for residential and commercial customers.
Product & Pricing Support - Promote company products and services while providing clear, accurate pricing information.
Customer Issue Resolution - Address customer concerns professionally, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure full resolution.
Outbound Follow‑Ups - Conduct outbound calls to provide updates or gather additional information.
Dispatch Coordination - Partner with Dispatch to prioritize and fulfill customer requests efficiently.
System Documentation - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in ERP and CRM systems.
KPI Performance - Meet individual and team KPIs related to service quality and productivity.
Policy Compliance - Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and streamline workflows.
Administrative Support - Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to customer accounts.
Inbound Call Handling - Provide courteous, efficient support for incoming customer calls.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Work with internal teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
Flexibility - Work overtime or additional hours as needed to support business needs.
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall team success.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in an office or customer service environment
Strong tenure in prior roles (1+ year in each position preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
Experience using CRM software
Strong customer service and communication skills
Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail
Ability to clearly communicate product offerings and pricing
Ability to follow established procedures and policies
Ability to collaborate with internal teams, including Dispatch
Willingness to work overtime when required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in administrative support
Background in retail or other customer‑facing environments
Familiarity with ERP systems
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding KPIs
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proactive mindset with interest in process improvement
Desire for long‑term growth and potential transition to a permanent role
Work Environment
This is a fully in‑office role within a corporate setting. You will be part of a local markets team of more than 75 employees, The team supports West Coast clients, requiring strong communication and coordination across locations.
The role operates across structured shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, with two days off each week. Daily responsibilities include extensive use of Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems, along with handling inbound and outbound calls in a collaborative, performance‑driven environment.Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
