About the Role
We are hiring Entry-Level Technicians and Helper Techs, including transitioning service members and veterans, to support the installation and maintenance of technology systems.
This is a hands-on, active role-ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude, field experience, or military backgrounds in areas like communications, engineering, logistics, or equipment operations.
What You'll Do
Assist with running and installing network cabling (Cat5/6, fiber)
Help install equipment such as cameras, Wi-Fi access points, displays, and speakers
Support setup of security systems, AV systems, and communication equipment
Pull, route, label, and organize cables
Work as part of a team on active job sites
Use hand tools, ladders, and lifts (training provided)
Follow clear instructions, safety procedures, and installation standards
Keep job sites organized, safe, and mission-ready
Equipment & Systems You'll Work With
Structured cabling and network racks
Surveillance cameras and access control systems
Conference room and audio/visual technology
Wireless networking equipment
✅ Basic Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to use basic hand tools
Comfortable working in active environments (construction sites, buildings, etc.)
Ability to lift, climb, stand, and work with your hands throughout the day
Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
Team-first mindset
Valid driver's license is a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
