Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Job Description
This role is responsible for leading Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment. The position involves hands-on leadership with a strong emphasis on engineering understanding, automation, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
Lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations within a high-volume manufacturing setting.
Provide technical guidance and hands-on leadership with a focus on automation and process optimization.
Oversee the maintenance team, ensuring efficient operations and support for engineering and production.
Manage launch activities, line installations, and ramp-ups effectively.
Troubleshoot and understand control systems and automated equipment.
Lead multi-shift teams, including supervisors and skilled trades.
Operate in a fast-paced, high-volume/Just-In-Time (JIT) environment.
Essential Skills
Automotive manufacturing experience, preferably Tier 1 or OEM.
Strong maintenance leadership background with involvement in engineering and production support.
Hands-on experience with industrial automation, including robotics, PLCs, conveyors, and assembly systems.
Experience in supporting launch activities, line installs, and ramp-ups.
Ability to troubleshoot and understand control systems and automated equipment.
Experience leading multi-shift teams, including supervisors and skilled trades.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume/JIT environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC).
Lean / Continuous Improvement experience (OEE, TPM, etc.).
Experience in a union environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
