Description
Operations Responsibilities:
Conduct routine facility rounds to verify equipment is operating correctly.
Load and unload chemicals safely and according to procedures.
Stage, change out, and maintain filtration systems.
Monitor system parameters and performance indicators.
Respond to system alarms, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to support waste‑processing operations.
Perform weekly and monthly safety inspections.
Collect water samples from multiple facility locations and test/analyze water quality.
Maintenance Responsibilities:
Install and replace consumable parts as scheduled or as needed.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
Keep work areas clean and organized, including hosing down surfaces and removing trash or leak pads.
Data Entry & Documentation:
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Enter operational data into computer systems to generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Record readings from facility rounds and compile them into spreadsheets.
Commissioning Technician Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment and sub‑assemblies following established guidelines.
Review blueprints, plans, and specifications to prepare for system startup or service activities.
Build strong, solution‑oriented relationships with customers, sales representatives, and suppliers through professional communication and support (both on‑site and remote).
Collaborate with engineering, project management, production, field sales, and management teams to resolve technical issues.
Complete service reports, repair records, warranty documentation, and maintenance logs within required timeframes.
Properly document, label, process, and return defective parts from service or commissioning work.
Additional Responsibilities:
Interface with customers as needed to support operations and service activities.
Organize and maintain parts storage areas and warehouse inventory.
Continuously seek improvements in efficiency, cost, and workflow.
Provide feedback to management regarding operational or business conditions.
Support special projects and other duties assigned by supervisors.
Uphold high ethical standards and follow all company policies and procedures.
Report irregular issues or problems to supervisors promptly.
Maintain strong communication with supervisors, office staff, and external contacts.
Be available to cover shifts with appropriate notice.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
