Humana's Consumer Service Operations team is committed to providing an exceptional service experience for our agents, brokers, employers and sales partners. The Consumer Account Representative/ Consumer Service Operations Professional 2 contributes to this mission by supporting the daily operations of the consumer service function, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of inquiries, and driving process improvements to enhance the overall consumer experience. You will report to the Manager, Consumer Service Operations.
As the Consumer Account Representative/ Consumer Service Operations Professional 2 you will
Respond to and resolve routine and complex customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels
Support the implementation and maintenance of consumer service processes, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, recommend process enhancements, and support operational decision-making.
Collaborate with teams, including business and technology partners, to address service issues and implement solutions.
Document and escalate unresolved issues as appropriate, following established protocols and guidelines.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery and meet organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and Humana standards.
Assist with training and mentoring new associates

Required Qualifications
4 or more years of Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Billing and Enrollment
Microsoft Office 365
Investigational Skills (research and resolution)
Preferred Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor's degree

Work at Home

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$58,700 - $68,200 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
