Maintenance Lead - Warwick, RI
Pay: $34 - $40/hour
Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Lead who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is ready to take ownership of plant-wide maintenance operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing leadership with technical work-guiding a team while staying actively involved on the floor.
What You'll Do
Lead and coordinate all electrical and mechanical maintenance across the plant
Assign and prioritize work based on urgency, team skillsets, and production needs
Provide hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and support for equipment and systems
Train, mentor, and motivate maintenance team members to maximize performance
Oversee equipment installations and plant improvement projects
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures
Monitor team performance and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
Manage parts inventory and order materials/vendors as needed
Track and report maintenance metrics to drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Strong background in electrical & mechanical maintenance
Experience with hydraulics, plumbing, HVAC, and industrial systems
Proven leadership skills with the ability to direct and develop a team
Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and prevent downtime
Comfortable using basic computer systems (Word, Excel)
High school diploma or equivalent
