Located in Moore, Oklahoma , the Hyatt Shared Service Center supports over 200 Hyatt hotels across North and Latin America with accounting and customer service functions. Our team thrives in a performance-driven environment that offers career growth, job enrichment, and a supportive culture.
This position begins on-site and transitions to a hybrid schedule after 90 days of service. You'll work remotely on Mondays and Fridays , and in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays .This position is located out of our office in Moore, Oklahoma.
To work remotely, you must meet our IT requirements, including:
High-speed internet (DSL, Cable, or Fiber-Optic only)
Cellular-based services are not permitted
Certification of service may be requested

Join us for an incredible opportunity as a Part-Time Summer Folio Agent at the Hyatt Shared Service Center. This role will support Hyatt guests by assisting with folio and invoice requests. Responsibilities:
Identify customer information and requests
Research and locate needed information using available databases and resources
Respond to requests from Hyatt guests regarding invoice and folio requests
Forward inquiries to appropriate department when applicable
Resolve all guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of customer service experience
Intermediate level of computer and office application proficiency
Ability to communicate effectively in written or verbal form to a variety of audiences
