Job Title: Installation Supervisor
Job Description
As an Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing all sign installation projects from start to completion. You will manage and lead installation crews, providing training, scheduling, and performance management. This role requires travel to customer locations using a company truck to perform site surveys, measurements, and pre-installation assessments. Ensuring that all installations meet design specifications, local codes, and customer expectations is essential. You will coordinate with production, sales, and project management teams to ensure project readiness and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and oversee all sign installation projects from start to completion.
Manage and lead installation crews, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Travel to customer locations using a company truck to perform site surveys, measurements, and pre-installation assessments.
Ensure all installations meet design specifications, local codes, and customer expectations.
Coordinate with production, sales, and project management teams to ensure project readiness and accuracy.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in sign installation and sign manufacturing.
Experience in quality control and supervision.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and production supervision.
Materials management expertise.
3-5+ years of experience in sign installation, construction, or a related field.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical drawings.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade certification preferred.
Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
