Job Description
As a Service Technician Supervisor, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment and systems. You will disassemble and reassemble equipment, perform scheduled preventive maintenance, overhauls, and troubleshooting of all types of equipment. Your role will involve adjusting, aligning, assembling, calibrating, inspecting, lubricating, and testing commercial food equipment, as well as conducting electrical, mechanical, and electronics troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
Disassemble and reassemble equipment for troubleshooting.
Conduct adjustments, alignments, and calibrations of equipment.
Assist with the installation and removal of countertop beverage equipment for major corporate accounts.
Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment.
Develop solutions in the best interests of the customer.
Order parts and complete required paperwork.
Communicate effectively with customers, field supervisors, dispatchers, and employees.
Manage vehicle inventory, maintenance, and appearance.
Complete work tasks in a safe and efficient manner according to company safety standards.
Essential Skills
Troubleshooting skills in mechanical and repair contexts.
Experience in lead or supervisory roles.
Basic HVAC knowledge and technical background.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of basic electricity: amperage, voltage, and current.
Understanding of basic heating and refrigeration, water quality, and filtration.
Ability to accurately document work orders.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $37.00/hr.
