Job Title: Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician
Job Description
As a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will lead service technicians on the team in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for difficult problems and managing projects. Additionally, you will help train and mentor service technicians and contract technicians.
Responsibilities
Lead the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment.
Support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for complex problems.
Manage projects effectively to ensure timely completion.
Train and mentor service technicians and contract technicians.
Conduct predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
Essential Skills
4+ years of repairing and maintaining Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Pneumatic Systems.
4+ years of installing, maintaining, and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment.
Experience in maintenance management, preventative maintenance planning, and conveyor maintenance.
Proficiency in automation, control systems, data analysis, and project management.
Experience with Six Sigma and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school or equivalent diploma.
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Experience in mentoring junior technicians and maintenance supervision.
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
Experience in risk management and safety standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75400.00 - $90700.00/yr.
