What you’ll do
No two days are exactly the same—but you’ll be responsible for:
- Participating in Job Safety Analysis to start each site safely
- Operating and maintaining heavy equipment with confidence and care
- Digging trenches, pits, and potholes according to project plans
- Setting up and maintaining safe, organized job sites
- Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
- Establishing safety perimeters to protect your team and the public
- Working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed
What you’ll need
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Valid, non-provisional driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience with drill setup and design processes (preferred)
- A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and getting the job done right
Physical demands of the role
This is a hands-on, active position. You’ll regularly:
- Work outdoors, sometimes in remote locations
- Operate heavy equipment and vehicles
- Lift 55+ pounds
- Bend, climb, stand, walk, and perform fine motor tasks
Occasionally, you may work in confined spaces, use ladders, or perform light computer work.
