Expected salary range of $121,500 to $135,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of Position
This position leads the implementation, coordination and oversight on station projects, programs, and various maintenance activities, Serves as single point of contact responsible for oversight of station multidisciplined maintenance groups including supervision, vendors, and contractors in compliance with all applicable Constellation procedures. Required to interface with station leadership for coordination and execution of stations online/outage activities which included the development of detailed multidisciplined plans/schedules for maintenance activities or modifications while ensuring shutdown safety, as low as reasonably achievable (ALARA) radiation protection practice, and plant procedures adherence. Oversight crosses all organizational boundaries working with station departments and designated team leaders for preparation/execution and operational implementation activities which include reviews of training, radiation protection strategies, and work instructions. Solicits best practices internally and externally to improve organizational effectiveness.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Leads implementation, oversight, and coordination of stations maintenance groups including but not limited to, site supervision, vendors and contractors for online/outage activities/process/products/ including the development of detailed plans, work instructions, and schedules for maintenance activities while ensuring, technical specifications, and plant procedures adherence. Must obtain first line supervisor (FLS)/ Task Manager qualification.
Accountable for driving execution and reporting to Sr leadership as Task Manager of modifications/activities for the Nuclear fleet, including schedules, work packages, clearances, and as low as reasonably achievable (ALARA), Human Performance, Foreign Material Exclusion, rigging, quality, and contingency planning.
Oversight crosses all organizational boundaries working with station departments and supervision for pre-installation preparation and execution. Leads the installation plan and schedule preparation and execution. Provides oversight of station supervision, vendor, or contractor activities throughout the site.
Solicits best practices internally and externally to improve organizational effectiveness.
Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5-years of related experience OR
Associate degree with 7 years overall of related experience OR
High school diploma/GED and 9 years of experience in industrial or power plant maintenance, operations, or project management
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Personal computer (PC) knowledge
This position requires approximately up to 80% travel within the nuclear plants
Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
