Job Summary:
We are seeking an Facilities Operations Lead to manage facility operations, vendors, and project execution within the Graphics Experience Center. This role ensures the site runs efficiently, safely, and delivers a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily facility operations including HVAC, lighting, humidification, compressors, and overall site conditions
Manage vendors and lead regular operations reviews to ensure performance, budget, and timelines are met
Drive warehouse efficiency, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and overall site organization
Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, hazmat handling, and emergency preparedness
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, security, and customer experience
Lead installation and deinstallation of equipment and coordinate preventative maintenance activities
Manage intermittent projects such as equipment upgrades, electrical studies, and third-party maintenance
Qualifications
Experience in operations, facilities, or project management
Strong vendor, budget, and timeline management skills
Knowledge of facility systems and safety compliance
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
