Overview
Vision Technologies, LLC is supporting a large-scale data center project in Northern Virginia and is seeking motivated, safety‑focused technicians to join our team. This project involves extensive fiber installation and data center infrastructure work within active data center environments.
We are looking for proactive, team‑oriented individuals who are mechanically inclined, safety‑conscious, and take pride in quality work. This role is ideal for candidates who can work independently, follow direction, and contribute positively to a fast‑paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pull and route fiber throughout the data center
Assemble, stack, and drill equipment racks
Scan, label, and port equipment
Support general installation and infrastructure tasks as directed
Adhere to all safety procedures and site requirements
Required Qualifications & Attributes
Experience working in physically demanding environments (construction, skilled trades, military, or similar)
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Hands‑on electrical or military experience is highly valued
Ability to work on ladders and lifts
Comfort working in structured data center environments
Team‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Project Details
Scope of Work: Fiber installation, porting, labeling, and testing/troubleshooting (Fluke/OTDR); no fiber splicing required
Environment: Active large‑scale data centers
Timeline: Project start planned for mid‑May following site readiness and material availability

Pay and Benefits
