How You’ll Make an Impact
• Generate new business opportunities by proactively researching accounts and directing prospecting efforts
• Build meaningful client relationships and collaborate with field-based sales teams and Sales Engineers to identify buying opportunities and transition accounts seamlessly
• Consistently achieve activity goals by making 50+ contacts daily and scheduling qualified appointments using Spectrum’s outreach techniques
• Track all sales activity and manage reporting through Salesforce and other tools, ensuring accurate pipeline management
• Assess client needs and identify decision makers through outbound campaigns, providing detailed explanations of Spectrum products and services
• Uphold client satisfaction and professionalism by qualifying prospects and determining serviceability
• Act as a liaison between Marketing, Business Operations and Sales to enhance efficiency and support pre- and post-sale activities

Required Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Experience
• 1+ years of experience in business development, sales development, prospecting for new business and accounts or IT/software-as-a-service business development
• Experience in business and account planning implementation
Skills
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Aptitude to learn Spectrum Business product suite and approach to sales
• Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization
• Committed to continuously learning new sales skills and techniques
