What Youâll Own
- Embedded firmware & system?level software for RF / wireless products
- Leadership of embedded, business applications, and IT teams
- Oversight (not execution) of enterprise IT spend & infrastructure
- Process improvement and delivery accountability across teams
- 10+ years embedded C/C++ experience (Linux, RTOS, bare metal)
- Proven experience managing multiple technical teams
- Strong protocol / system?level engineering background
- Comfortable onsite 3+ days per week
- Wireless, RF, antenna, or telecom hardware experience
- ARM, NXP, Microchip MCU environments
- Internal business application or test automation exposure
- Planned succession with transition overlap
- High technical credibility and business influence
- Long?term leadership role in a stable, growing company
