An engineering consulting company in Chandler, AZ is partnering with our client on-site at the TSMC facility and is currently hiring for a Field Installation Coordinator. This position is fully on-site in Chandler for the first year. After year one, travel within the USA may increase based on project load. Candidates must already reside in the Phoenix metro area upon applying.
This role requires 2+ years of equipment installation coordination and 2+ years of hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Pay - $30.00-$38.00/hr (Depending on relevant experience, tenure, technical skills, certifications, and related job titles)
Location - Chandler, AZ (On-site at client facility)
Schedule - Standard Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)

(Responsibilities)
Coordinate installation work between the Site Project Team, Remote Management, and customer representatives.
Monitor scheduling, procedures, and performance of installation activities; recommend improvements as needed.
Support the Installation Site Manager in analyzing issues and identifying short- and long-term solutions.
Assist in executing and tracking project tasks and progress.
Help develop installation, qualification, and repair procedures for company equipment.
Coordinate technicians and installation personnel to ensure adherence to quality standards and training expectations.
Oversee daily operations related to installation at the customer site.
Receive and manage incoming parts for company equipment installation.
Input, manipulate, retrieve, and report data using various software tools; submit reports to leadership.
Guide and train contractor resources and vendors to support project efficiency.
Collaborate with subcontractors to complete punch lists and formal project closeouts.
Supervise and coordinate material movement, electrical and mechanical contractors, and QA/QC activities.
Participate in daily on-site whiteboard meetings.
(Qualification Requirements)
2+ years of equipment installation coordination within a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment.
2+ years of hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting and equipment installation.
Strong experience with material planning and mechanical/electrical equipment.
Proficiency with project scheduling tools and practices.
Experience with electro/mechanical equipment installs and troubleshooting.
Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and technical documents.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in basic algebra and geometry for calculating measurements and quantities.

Lacking 2+ years of coordinated install experience in a relevant environment.
Lacking 2+ years of hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting.
No experience with electro/mechanical equipment or installation.
Unable to work full-time onsite in North Phoenix.
Extensive short-tenure work history.
