Join Next Level Technician as a Senior Project Manager in Fort Wayne, IN. Earn $110,000–$150,000 annually (depending on experience), with relocation assistance available and the opportunity to lead complex, high-impact projects for a national leader in low voltage and integrated systems staffing.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an ambassador for Next Level Technician by leading assigned projects from initiation through close-out
- Oversee all aspects of structured cabling and integrated systems projects, ensuring compliance with contract documents, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Supervise and direct internal project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safe, compliant, and timely project delivery
- Align business objectives and strategically allocate resources to support customers within a comprehensive risk and safety management program
- Promote and enforce a safety-first culture, ensuring adherence to company, client, and site-specific safety policies and procedures
- Manage installation strategies utilizing industry best practices, effective means and methods, and proven construction technologies
- Track project performance metrics to meet or exceed project plan expectations
- Identify change events and implement effective change management strategies
- Foster a culture of accountability, employee empowerment, and continuous improvement
- Travel as required, including overnight travel, to support project needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- 7–10+ years of experience managing structured cabling and integrated systems projects
- Experience managing multiple contract types, including lump sum, cost plus / GMP, unit price, design-build / design-assist, and time & material
- Strong understanding of construction quality standards, safety regulations, and project delivery best practices
- Ability to identify risk, change events, and mitigation strategies proactively
- BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, or PMP certification preferred
- Additional BICSI certifications (Installer, Technician, etc.) are a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
