The Opportunity You will serve as the primary onsite client representative for a high-profile, $40M educational and technical facility project. This role grants you the authority to oversee complex site operations while serving as the critical interface between four prime contractors and the client. You will have a key role with our growing Construction Management Team at a third-generation family-owned firm that rewards exceptional performance and values work-life balance.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Direct the daily onsite operations of a 32,500 SF project involving complex renovations and new data center construction.

• Coordinate the work of four prime contractors to ensure all project milestones are achieved on schedule.

• Manage comprehensive project documentation including daily logs, submittals, photos, RFIs, and quality assurance reports via Procore.

• Facilitate constructive problem-solving between the Shannon Team, Design Team, and multiple primes.

• Enforce strict safety protocols and quality standards to ensure the project is built according to plans and specs.

• Evaluate operational changes in real-time to maintain construction deadlines and resolve logistical conflicts.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

• Proven experience managing multiple prime contractors, specifically within education or school-based projects.

• Proficiency in reading architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and specifications.

• Advanced technical skills in Procore, Microsoft Excel, and professional email communication.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated experience specialized in Data Center construction and infrastructure.

• Extensive knowledge of construction means and methods for simultaneous renovation and ground-up builds.

• Proven track record of mentoring field teams and fostering a positive, proactive work culture.
