Job Title: Construction Project Manager –DAS Wireless Deployment
Location: Pennsylvania (Multiple Project Sites)

Overview:
A leading national provider in the wireless and engineering industry is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple large-scale DAS (Distributed Antenna System) deployment projects across Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing DAS implementation projects from start to finish, with strong leadership, communication, and client-facing experience.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage all aspects of DAS construction and deployment projects, ensuring project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.
  
• 
  Provide direct oversight and coordination of subcontractors and field personnel performing venue construction and wireless system installation.
  
• 
  Perform site walks with customers, general contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality and performance expectations.
  
• 
  Lead project scoping, material/equipment procurement, and deployment planning.
  
• 
  Act as the primary point of contact with the customer for project-related communication, issue resolution, and progress reporting.
  
• 
  Ensure full compliance with construction safety requirements, enforcing safety protocols and stopping work if unsafe conditions are identified.
  
• 
  Participate in monthly operational and financial project reviews to maintain accurate cost and schedule tracking.
  
• 
  Conduct and coordinate engineering reviews, material take-offs, procurement scheduling, and logistics planning.
  
• 
  Support proposal development, pricing, and pre-construction activities;may assist in interviews, presentations, and bid support.
  
• 
  Maintain strong long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  
• 
  Represent the organization in project-related meetings, presentations, and public forums.
  

Qualifications

• 
  5+ years experience in the wireless telecommunications industry required.
  
• 
  3+ years experience managing DAS deployment projects required.
  
• 
  3+ years of progressive Project Management responsibility required.
  
• 
  Proven success leading large, multi-disciplinary project teams.
  
• 
  Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  
• 
  Ability to coordinate field activities across multiple venues and schedule demands.
  
• 
  Candidates with existing local client relationships in Pennsylvania are strongly preferred.
