Aerotek is hiring Refrigeration/HVAC Testing Technicians for a manufacturing site located in Grenada, MS. Positions are 6 month contract to hire opportunities, offering $22-$28/hr depending on experience. 1st and 2nd shifts available, must be available to work 50+ hours a week. Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration and HVAC Testing Technician to evaluate and determine all aspects of unit performance. The ideal candidate will conduct performance testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed and accurate test reports.
Responsibilities
Conduct performance testing on specific unit types, ensuring accurate reporting.
Perform pressure tests, evacuation, and charging of refrigeration systems.
Carry out refrigeration performance, electrical component, and mechanical/electrical installation testing.
Perform customer end-of-line witness tests and assist with noise tests.
Skills
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
HVAC electrical skills and EPA608 Universal Certification.
Experience with refrigeration and HVAC product testing.
Knowledge of Carel Controls.
Previous test experience required, with additional training provided.
Pay:
$22-$30/hour
