Role Overview

• This internship offers exposure to all phases of the real estate development process; from site evaluation and design to construction management and project delivery. You will gain hands on experience in construction and or real estate development projects as well as exposure to real world challenges in project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day to day tasks including documentation, scheduling and coordination.
• Attend site visits and assist with field reporting and progress tracking.
• Support due diligence activities for potential new projects (e.g zoning research, site analysis).
• Help maintain and update project documentation including budgets, timelines, and permits.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants as needed.
• Participate in internal project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
