What You Will Be Doing
You will be the driving force behind our structural layouts, ensuring projects are built accurately, safely, and on time:

Precision Formwork: Construct and install complex concrete forms for heavy industrial utility projects with the highest level of accuracy.

Blueprint Execution: Expertly interpret detailed structural blueprints and technical specifications to execute flawless site layouts.

Concrete Pours: Execute and actively assist in large-scale, heavy concrete pours to ensure long-term project durability.

Site Adaptability: Perform crossover tasks across various civil site needs to maintain project momentum and avoid delays.

Project Deadlines: Maintain strict adherence to project milestones and deadlines through highly efficient, organized workflow.

Environmental Safety: Navigate challenging field conditions safely, maintaining high performance in both extreme summer and winter outdoor environments.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)
Required Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in form carpentry.

Technical Skills: The proven ability to accurately read and understand complex structural blueprints for site construction.

Physical Capabilities: The physical capability to perform heavy manual labor safely in varying outdoor weather conditions.

Travel & Schedule: An absolute willingness to travel to various project sites and work overtime/weekends as project timelines demand.

Logistics: Proficiency in English and possession of highly reliable personal transportation.
Preferred Qualifications

Industry Experience: Direct, hands-on experience working specifically on water or wastewater treatment plant construction projects is a massive plus!

Safety Certifications: An active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification.
