Role Overview
The Project Manager serves as the main point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and field teams. You will manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope. You’ll also maintain strong relationships and provide leadership to the project team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, architects, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating activities to meet deadlines.
- Track project budgets, prepare progress reports, and forecast costs.
- Lead the project team, providing direction and proactive communication on project status and needs.
- Process change orders, budget updates, Owner-approved modifications, invoices, and subcontractor pay applications.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and all project documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, plus 5+ years of progressive commercial construction experience.
- Experience managing projects valued at $10M–$30M for General Contractors.
- Strong focus on safety and hazard awareness.
- Proficiency with CPM scheduling software; ASTA experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and subcontracts.
- Hands-on knowledge of site work, structural systems, building exteriors, finishes, and layout.
- Expertise in managing RFIs, ASIs, submittals, and industry-standard practices.
- Familiarity with project delivery methods: cost-plus, GMP, stipulated sum, design-build, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience with Procore, OSHA 30, and First Aid/CPR preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.

- Light physical activity: occasional lifting up to 10 lbs, computer and office machinery use, blueprint reading, and field measurements.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and using a computer.
