Job Description
As a Bilingual Customer Service Experience Associate, you'll represent Blue Stream Fiber by delivering knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient service across in-person, phone, and chat interactions. You'll support customers with billing, account changes, equipment returns, and basic troubleshooting while creating a positive brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist customers with payments, service changes, equipment returns, and general inquiries
-Support customers via in-person visits, phone calls, and live chat
-Address billing and account questions and perform basic troubleshooting
-Escalate customer concerns to leadership as needed
-Adapt to change in a fast-paced environment

Skills and Requirements
-Bilingual English/Spanish
-Comfortable using multiple systems and computer screens
-Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
-Ability to manage high-volume interactions and de‑escalate upset customers
-Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable
-High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of related experience
-Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
