Located in Moore, Oklahoma , the Hyatt Shared Service Center supports over 200 Hyatt hotels across North and Latin America with accounting and customer service functions. Our team thrives in a performance-driven environment that offers career growth, job enrichment, and a supportive culture.
This position begins on-site and transitions to a hybrid schedule after 90 days of service. You'll work remotely on Mondays and Fridays , and in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays . To work remotely, you must meet our IT requirements, including:
High-speed internet (DSL, Cable, or Fiber-Optic only)
Cellular-based services are not permitted
Certification of service may be requested
STARTING WAGE- $17.00 PER HOUR

Responsibilities:
Respond to phone calls, emails, and additional guest inquiries
Conduct in-depth research to resolve guest concerns
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
Strong multitasking skills with proficiency in multiple PC applications

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Weekend off; schedule preference not guaranteed-flexibility required.
