Eaton's FFD Fluid Filtration Division division is currently seeking a EHS & Facilities Supervisor. This is an onsite role working M-F daylight hours!
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
The EHS & Facilities Supervisor will lead all maintenance and facility operations across a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for the reliability of production-critical equipment, oversee plant utilities and systems, and manage all Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects. Additionally, this role will be the key owner and driver of the site's environment, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives in alignment with Eaton's MESH program. This individual will report directly to the Williamsport Plant Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain Preventive Maintenance documentation and processes.
Coordinate with Manufacturing Manager all priorities to ensure needed support for manufacturing activities
Control of all maintenance / utility's expenses.
Coordinate with Engineering / Manufacturing departments the installation of new equipment or production lines
Coordinate with outside contractors to carry out specific maintenance and repair assignments
Supervise maintenance activities for buildings and facilities, building painting, landscaping, small repairs and utilities maintenance
Knowledge of OSHA and local regulations
Oversee plant utilities including compressed air, chilled water, boilers, and power distribution.
Manage Preventive and Predictive Maintenance schedules
Manage capital and facility upgrade projects (CAPEX)
Compliance with Eaton environmental, safety, accessibility, and MESH standards
Train and mentor team members on quality & safety/EHS processes and best practices.
Support plant's safety & regulatory requirements & comply with MESH requirements.
Responsible for maintaining the site's EHS roadmap and compliance calendar requirements
Manage incident reporting and corrective actions.
Develop and maintain SOPs, workstation risk assessments, and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or current enrollment with expected graduation.
3+ years in maintenance, engineering, facilities or industrial operations
1+ year of supervisory/team leadership experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and within the future

Technical knowledge:
Knowledge and competency to effectively deploy LOTO, TPM, OEE (required)
Knowledge of extrusion machines and welding machines
Experience using maintenance management systems
Interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to coordinate
Organizational skills, ability to multi-task and problem solve
Understanding of Microsoft Office packages
Strong ability to plan and execute own work initiatives
OSHA standards
Ergonomics
Understanding of 5S Preferred:
Project Management Experience
Experience with facilities maintenance (Electric, Water, Site Repairs, Etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical / Electrical fields
Leadership including coaching and change management
Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance
EHS/MESH assessment experience
Certifications (Preferred): ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), ISO Lead Auditor, OSHA certification
