Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Millwright to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of electro‑mechanical equipment. This role involves hands‑on maintenance, installation, and fabrication work both onsite at our Decatur industrial facility and at nearby industrial locations. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, the ability to work from blueprints, and experience supporting industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electro‑mechanical equipment
Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics on motors, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems
Install new equipment, including framing, wiring, welding, and fabrication as required
Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Travel to local industrial sites using a company‑provided vehicle
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a millwright, industrial mechanic, or electric motor technician
Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Experience with equipment installation, repair, and preventative maintenance
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
Working knowledge of common industrial electro‑mechanical equipment
Preferred Skills
Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
Welding, framing, wiring, and fabrication skills
Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
