Cable Puller - Stamford, TX
This role supports large‑scale cabling projects at data center sites in the Stamford area. The Cable Puller will work as part of a structured cabling team, pulling, routing, and terminating high volumes of fiber as part of a major infrastructure upgrade initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Pull, route, and install high volumes of fiber cabling throughout data center environments
Replace existing COAX cabling with new fiber infrastructure
Terminate fiber cabling with precision and follow established standards
Use hand tools to complete cabling, routing, and installation tasks
Travel between multiple local data center sites as needed
Follow all safety procedures and maintain organized workspaces
Work a full‑time Monday-Friday schedule (40 hours per week)
Required Qualifications
3-6+ months of hands‑on cabling experience (data center or central office preferred)
Experience with hand tools and basic installation practices
Familiarity with structured cabling environments
Ability to lift, pull, and maneuver cabling in overhead, underfloor, and pathway systems
Dependable transportation to support travel between nearby sites
Nice to Have
Cat5/Cat6 experience
Coaxial cabling experience
Prior data center cabling or fiber installation experience
Role Details

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
