Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective, timely solutions
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
Install and service panels, breakers, conduits, lighting systems, and control systems
Perform rough‑in and finish electrical work on new construction and renovation projects
Ensure all work complies with Connecticut electrical codes and safety regulations
Collaborate with contractors, supervisors, and other trades on job sites
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
Valid Connecticut E‑1 or E‑2 Electrical License (required)
3+ years of professional electrical experience preferred
Strong understanding of CT electrical codes and NEC standards
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Experience with conduit bending, panel installation, and troubleshooting
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Work Environment
Work will be conducted on-site, requiring adherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment. The role may involve working in various weather conditions and requires physical stamina.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
