Job Title: Fiber Technician Job Description
The Fiber Technician will work within data centers, focusing on fiber splicing for both multi-mode and single-mode fibers.
Responsibilities
Perform fiber splicing for multi-mode and single-mode fibers.
Conduct operations in both inside and outside plant environments.
Ensure precise fiber connections to maintain optimal data flow within the data center.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in fiber splicing techniques.
Experience with multi-mode and single-mode fiber operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in data center environments.
Knowledge of inside and outside plant fiber operations.
OSHA 10 certification.

Work Environment
Work within a data center environment from 7am to 3pm, engaging in both inside and outside plant operations.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manassas, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
