Job Overview

• Salary/Pay Rate: $35 to $45 per hour plus Performance and Year-End Bonuses.

• Location: Onsite Various Locations (Travel Required) - Sacramento, CA.

• Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital craftsperson in a high-performance building environment where "good enough" is never the standard. You will help drive the technical success of residential projects for a company that treats construction as a craft, not just a job.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Ensure project transparency and accountability by owning results and addressing technical gaps before they become delays.

• Execute precise carpentry tasks with an uncompromising eye for detail to ensure every element is plumb, level, and square.

• Maintain a high-production mentality by arriving fully prepared with all necessary tools and equipment to start the day.

• Solve complex technical and logistical onsite problems through creative thinking and collaboration with the field operations team.

• Uphold rigorous safety standards by utilizing provided equipment and maintaining a secure workspace for the entire crew.

• Foster a culture of respect and care by mentoring teammates and communicating effectively during site briefings.

• Bring any additional skills in parallel industries to our projects (tile, drywall, concrete, etc.)

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in residential carpentry or general construction.

• Proven ability to interpret project plans and execute complex builds with minimal oversight.

• Demonstrated "no ego" approach to work with a deep commitment to continuous learning and skill improvement.

• Absolute willingness to travel to various project assignments as required by the business.

• A willingness to grow and expand your career beyond just carpentry. We need an open mind that is willing to learn new skills to grow not just the company but their own skill set.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced knowledge of high-performance building techniques and specialized residential installations.

• Experience working in small, high-output crews where individual accountability is critical.

• Strong aesthetic sensibility and a proven track record of delivering high-end finished products.
