Aerotek is seeking a Bilingual Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking an advanced maintenance electrician to join a mid-size fiberglass manufacturing team. This role involves troubleshooting a variety of systems including PLC's, I/O's, limit switches, VFD's, sensors, motors, and relays. The position also requires hands-on work with control panels and the ability to trace wires, as well as hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical maintenance such as repairs to conveyors, chains, bearings, sprockets, cylinders, and valves.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and maintain PLC's, I/O's, limit switches, VFD's, sensors, motors, and relays.
Perform work on control panels, including tracing wires and troubleshooting using HMI's.
Conduct hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical maintenance, including repairs to conveyors, chains, bearings, sprockets, cylinders, and valves.
Supervise maintenance activities and ensure efficient operation of all equipment.
Provide preventive maintenance and repair services as needed.
Essential Skills
5+ years of experience as a maintenance electrician.
Proficiency in working with sensors, VFD's, HMI's, I/O's, relays, fuses, tracing wires, 3-phase motors, and control panels.
Experience in troubleshooting PLC's.
Maintenance supervision experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Omron PLC's is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot using ladder logic.
Strong team player who is willing to assist with various tasks.
Ability to handle overtime as necessary.

Work Environment
The role is based in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility that is currently undergoing renovations. You will work a day shift from Monday to Friday, 5am to 5pm, with weekends and additional hours as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
