Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $24 - $24 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Installation Technician:

• Install precast foundation walls, involving site layout, structural alignment, and collaboration with crews

• Candidates need construction, foundation, or framing experience, with the ability to read blueprints and use total station instruments for layout

• Site Layout & Prep: Use total station instruments and CAD drawings to accurately lay out foundation footprints and set elevation points

• Installation: Work on-site to install precast concrete foundation walls, ensuring precise placement and alignment

• Coordination: Coordinate with crew foremen for material delivery and proper site preparation

• Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards, perform preventative maintenance on tools/equipment, and maintain a clean, safe job

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Requirements :

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Experience: Prior experience in residential/commercial construction, specifically pouring foundations or framing

• Technical Skills: Ability to read/interpret construction blueprints and use surveying tools

• Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a construction site, potentially including long hours

• Communication: Strong team orientation to work effectively with crews

• Travel: Ability to travel to job sites, with potential for overnight stays

• Experience with total station layout tools

• Background in precast concrete products

• Background check and drug test required
