Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a team in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. This is an onsite contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting client needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer account requests, including updating payment methods, adjusting due dates, and resolving account-related concerns.
Collaborate with merchants and internal departments to resolve installation or product-related challenges.
Escalate complex or sensitive issues, such as legal or regulatory concerns, to the appropriate team for resolution.
Provide accurate information and assistance to clients through inbound and outbound calls.
Maintain thorough and organized documentation of all customer interactions and resolutions.
Utilize Google Suite and proprietary software systems to manage customer information efficiently.
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with company policies and procedures.
Actively contribute to team goals by ensuring timely and detail-oriented support for all customer inquiries.
Offer voluntary weekend support for overtime as needed.
Work closely with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment.
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Strong skills in order entry and account management.
Familiarity with Google Suite and similar software tools.
Ability to identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work onsite in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania and provide weekend overtime support when needed. TalentMatch®
