• POSITION SUMMARY
  • Administers and directs building program to maintain, develop, remodel, and construct the buildings, grounds and equipment to procure and generate all utilities and their distribution systems. Directs the departments of Plant Maintenance, Construction, and Communications. Responsible to develop and manage construction/renovation as well as operational budgets. Primary liaison between the organization and external maintenance and construction providers to ensure projects are completed within scope and budget.

  • Minimum Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or other related field.

    Minimum Experience
    • 5 years’ managerial experience in functional area.
