A successful Engineering Program Manager shall be responsible for the overall management of multiple programs and will focus on high-levels of coordination, delegation, and more. This position requires leadership skills including team building and management across multiple projects. A Program Manager focuses on developing program objectives and strategies by assessing how it will impact their department, project, or organization. For each project, they will define and oversee the programs needed to reach their targeted goals. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of the telecommunications industry; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.
