Construction Supervisor with an emphasis in Asphalt Paving is responsible to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects to ensure projects are completed safely, precisely, efficiently, on schedule and within budget. Must possess knowledge of asphalt concrete production, placement, compaction, and quality control as well as be proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications. Must understand different asphalt concrete mix designs and proper applications and limitations. Must be able to effectively communicate with work crew to ensure plans are implemented, quality is maintained and operations are conducted in a safe and effective manner.
