Key Responsibilities

• You will manage large-scale residential developments from concept to completion, serving as the bridge between leadership, the field, and the client.
• Executive Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Project Execution: Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Strategy: Develop and manage project schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to refine designs and resolve issues.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
• Operations: Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and leverage technology to streamline reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in New Single-Family Home development and construction.
• Licensure: Active CSLB Class B License highly preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Leadership: Proven experience managing multiple large-scale residential projects simultaneously.
• Technical Skills: Ability to interpret blueprints and proficiency with construction management software.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to team collaboration.
