Position Title: Landscape Construction Truck Driver (Non-CDL/Seasonal)

Bealls Landscaping & Custom Pools is hiring a Landscape Construction Truck Driver to support our busy and growing landscaping and construction operations. In this full-time, hands-on role, youll play a critical part in keeping our field crews equipped and on schedule by delivering materials, equipment, and supplies to multiple job sites daily. This is a great opportunity for a reliable, organized driver who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and being a valued part of a high-performing team.

Deliver landscape materials and supplies to multiple job sites throughout the day
Operate medium-duty (non-CDL) trucks safely and efficiently
Load and unload trucks using a loader, tractor, or skid steer
Secure trailers and equipment (including skid steers) following DOT guidelines
Assist crews on-site when not performing deliveries
Keep yard materials and equipment organized
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs
Minimum 3 years of experience driving trucks and towing trailers
Valid Pennsylvania drivers license with clean driving record
Experience tying down equipment and navigating job sites
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work in all weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to follow directions
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to pass drug screen and DOT physical
Competitive hourly pay: $20$22 based on experience
