How You'll Make an Impact
Site planning (Preventive, Corrective...)
Load and capacity planning
Administers the periodic and preventative maintenance schedules at a Site and plans the respective activities and resources needed at site level
Tracking and control of the degree of fulfillment of the planning of scheduled activities
Organize, implement and maintain schedule management system for operations
Internal/external resource availability planning
Supporting to SOM to provide transparency to project team via agreed reporting and meetings
Conducts regular briefing
Seeks resource and cost optimization. Potential improvements
Planning of Scheduled Activities (blade inspections, oil changes, safety, equipment inspections, MDs, CTs, SETs, etc.).
Phasing of activity
Load and Capacity Planning (used for commercial forecast also)
Planning Meetings and auxiliary hoisting equipment request
Management and control of Work Orders (WO) (Completing/closing SO, Notification management - rejected jobs, amending hours/correcting hours.....)
Implementing preventive maintenance activities
Implement scheduled and unscheduled corrective maintenance activities based on activity planning
Site Planner and key user in SAP
Create Task Lists and Maintenance Plans in SAP and monitor created Service Order
Handle and check different types of Service orders created within SAP
Retrofits: Plan and provide manpower, tools and spares for retrofit campaign - create and handle Service Order in SAP
Statutory inspections: Plan and task teams to inspect Lifts, Cranes and any other Statutory inspections in accordance with Contract
Manage MRS (Multiple Resource Schedule): plan tasks within MRS module of SAP - Assign Service orders to the technicians and build respective teams
Creation of Transfer-Lists: Build teams, dispatch technicians to WTG strategically, manage permit to work, execute customer specific tasks in SAP as deemed applicable
What You Bring
High School Graduate/GED/Equivalent Work
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change
Must have a minimum of 2-5 relevant years of experience
Strong team-player with the ability to work independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
Work in a customer-oriented manner - both internally and externally
Strong communication skills needed - both written and verbal
Adept at using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and ideally have good SAP knowledge
Business fluent in English language (written and spoken)
This position allows for remote work.
Ability to accommodate 15% travel Experience with SAP and with managing purchase orders
Preferred:
Power BI and PowerApps experience
SharePoint admin experience
Advanced Excel skills
Budget management experience
