RJS Builders Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and execute high-end residential construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time, onsite role that demands organization, the ability to problem solve on the fly, client communication finesse, and a collaborative spirit. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of residential construction projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Schedule and supervise field teams, subcontractors, and deliveries.

• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

• Quality control over subcontractors to produce high end results.

• Monitor site safety and enforce company safety protocols.

• Conduct regular job site visits to track progress and resolve issues proactively.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with high-net-worth clients.

• Collaborate with other Project Managers and team members.

• Track project documentation and submit progress reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in residential construction project management.

• Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skillsespecially when working with clients.

• The ability to read and decipher blue prints is a plus.

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Tech-savvy and open to using tablets/smartphones and construction software on the job.

• Self-starter with the confidence to ask questions and seek help when needed.

• Adaptable mindset; eager to learn and growno rigid know-it-all mentalities.

• Valid drivers license required.
