Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a global manufacturer to recruit and hire a full-time National Field Service Manager to oversee client accounts and lead technical support, services, and training for an assigned territory. Please note this position requires 75%-80% travel (Monday-Friday).
Responsibilities:
Visit customer sites to repair and service HVAC and water heating systems.
Provide technical guidance to customers and technicians, both on-site and over the phone.
Ensure systems work effectively and report on performance and/or issues.
Train and mentor new technicians.
Support product improvement efforts by collaborating with engineering teams to test and enhance systems.
Handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Perform inspections and coordinate start-up of systems for new installations.
Must have:
Ability to travel at least 75% of the time
5+ years of technical experience in HVAC, water heaters, boilers, or similar products.
Experience with mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., gas supply, pumps, piping).
Customer service and field support experience.
Familiarity with building integration systems and national/state codes.
Technical certifications preferred (e.g., EPA608, NATE).

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
