Deck Remodelers.com is seeking a highly motivated Residential Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough. This is a pivotal, full-time position that combines hands-on site supervision with full project management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

• Project Management

  • Lead all phases of high-end residential construction projects from initiation to closeout.

  • Maintain and manage detailed project schedules and budgets.

  • Perform material takeoffs; oversee timely ordering and delivery of materials.

  • Manage change orders, milestone billing, and schedule adjustments.

  • Track progress through project management software (Buildertrend preferred).

• Site Supervision

  • Oversee on-site execution and supervise daily field operations.

  • Direct and support in-house carpenters and subcontractors.

  • Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and cleanliness expectations.

  • Ensure all work aligns with design plans, code requirements, and client expectations.

  • Maintain accurate field reports, daily logs, and photo documentation.

• Leadership & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, designers, subs, and internal teams.

  • Lead jobsite meetings and maintain ongoing communication with project stakeholders.

  • Proactively solve problems and lead by example to deliver results.

  • Create a collaborative and accountable work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience with proven site and project management.

• Background in high-end residential or outdoor living construction strongly preferred.

• Proficient in planning, scheduling, and multitasking across multiple job sites.

• Experienced in using construction tech and project management tools.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Valid New Jersey Drivers License required.
