Key Responsibilities

• Assist experienced tradespeople on exterior remodeling projects including siding, windows, and doors

• Safely operate hand and power tools

• Measure and prepare materials under supervision

• Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow safety protocols

• Participate in demolition, prep, installation tasks, and site clean up

• Learn construction best practices through active mentorship and field experience

• Follow all instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efficiency

• Show up on time, ready to work, and eager to grow daily

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in construction or general labor preferred

• Strong work ethic and desire to build long-term skills in remodeling

• Goal-oriented, eager to learn, and detail-focused

• Physically able to lift materials, use tools, and work outdoors in variable weather

• No formal education, license, or certification required

• Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to take direction
