Key Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete, masonry, and hardscaping work on active job sites.

• Perform site preparation, demolition, pours, and job-site clean-up.

• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely.

• Operate small machinery, trucks, and trailers as needed.

• Follow directions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the field crew.

• Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety protocols.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience in concrete, masonry, and hardscaping is required.

• Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and construction equipment.

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation are required.

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.

• Ability to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and work as part of a team.

• Physically able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• English fluency required; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
