What You'll Do As A Project Manager
- Project Coordination - Oversee project schedules to ensure work progresses on time and on budget, meeting company and customer expectations.
- Team Support - Act as the key point of contact between teams, coordinating subcontractors, customers, and internal staff to ensure smooth project execution.
- Quality Assurance - Monitor project progress, conduct inspections, and uphold our high-quality standards for every job.
- Client Interaction - Maintain strong client relationships, provide updates, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
- Documentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate records, including contracts, change orders, daily logs, and progress reports, keeping senior management informed.
- Material Management - Assist in sourcing, procuring, and coordinating materials to ensure timely delivery and cost-efficiency, keeping projects on track.
- Site Visits - Conduct regular on-site inspections, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.
- Issue Resolution - Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues, ensuring smooth workflow and minimizing delays.
Who You Are
- Experienced in project coordination or management within construction, exterior remodeling, or a related field.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Adaptable and proactive, able to anticipate project needs and address challenges swiftly.
- Familiar with construction materials, processes, and safety regulations.
- Comfortable conducting on-site visits and ensuring compliance with quality and warranty standards.
