Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, shoveling, lifting, and moving materials

• Maintain clean and organized job sites

• Assist skilled trades and equipment operators as needed

• Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE

• Load/unload tools, equipment, and materials

• Support various phases of site preparation and construction

• Follow instructions from site supervisors and project managers

Qualifications

• No previous construction experience required – willingness to learn is key

• Ability to lift, bend, shovel, and perform physical tasks daily

• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team\

• Pass a background check and drug screening

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday – Friday

Location

• This is a travel-based position, with job sites rotating depending on current projects. Per diem and travel support are provided.
